Frances offers group training for corporates. Living such busy lives can sometimes be quite stressful, and finding the much needed time to workout and let the body recoup can be hard.

Which is why we offer work-place group classes, Frances can come to your business and take a group of up to 12 colleagues at a time. A weekly lunch-time group Pilates/Yoga session can be an excellent way to encourage team building. Exercise is proven to improve productivity at work and general health and well-being, which in turn, will lead to less sick days!

This one hour class can either be held during or after business hours, on a weekly or even monthly basis depending on your needs.
