Class Descriptions

*Beginner Class – this class is a great one to start with, especially if you have never done pilates or yoga before. We will focus on; correct postural alignment, the breathing techniques for both pilates & yoga, how to engage your core muscles & be taught any modifications for exercises to suit whatever level you are at.

Pilates Class –  learn pilates exercises perfectly, we will be working on getting your technique flawless. aimed to work your whole body and challenge your core using balance and resistance.

Yoga Class – a nice mix of both Hatha & Vinyasa yoga providing you with gentle yoga poses (asanas), helping connect breath with movement & dynamic flowing sequences of asanas to build stamina, strengthen, tone & stretch.

Fusion Class – taking it to the next level. A dynamic class combining Vinyasa yoga flows to challenge your whole body & pilates exercises to specifically target your core muscles. A well-rounded class, leaving you feeling strong, invigorated and at peace within your mind.
